Innovamat is an educational organization focusing on math learning. Its mission is to help improve how this science is taught by offering resources, training, and research to the educational community.

Since its founding in 2017 in Barcelona, Innovamat has partnered with 24,000 teachers from more than 2,800 schools in Spain, the United States, Mexico, Italy, Chile, Ecuador, Colombia, Brazil, and Peru, inspiring more than 600,000 students to build strong math foundations and instill a passion for learning.

Your mission 🎯

As Business Strategy & Growth Associate, your mission is to drive the international expansion and scalability of our Consumer Business division (B2C). You will be the strategic right hand of the Global Consumer Lead, focused on transforming high-level vision into market reality.

Your role is about ownership and growth. You will design the business frameworks and strategic rhythms that allow us to scale globally with speed and precision. While you will master the business fundamentals from the ground up, your ultimate goal is to lead the end-to-end execution of ambitious international projects, ensuring that our growth is both exponential and sustainable.

Your day to day at Innovamat 🏁
  • Strategic Growth Orchestration: Drive the end-to-end execution of global business initiatives. From launching new product lines to opening new territories, you own the roadmap and the results.

  • Business Intelligence & Performance: Own the division's strategic KPIs. You will build the models that translate market data into actionable growth levers, ensuring our global expansion is backed by solid financial and commercial logic.

  • Global Market Scaling: Act as the bridge between global strategy and local execution. You will ensure that our business model is adapted and optimized for every international market, identifying opportunities to accelerate our presence worldwide.

  • Process Design for Growth: Constantly look for ways to simplify and automate the business cycle. You are here to build a lean and agile division, ensuring that as we double our size, we stay fast and efficient.

  • Cross-functional Leadership: Align stakeholders across Finance, Sales, and Global Operations to ensure the Consumer division has everything it needs to succeed. You are the "connector" that ensures everyone is moving towards the same growth targets.

  • Executive Decision Support: Participate directly in strategic planning meetings, providing the briefings and analyses that will shape the future of the B2C division.

What are we looking for? 🔍
  • Background: 1-3 years of experience in high-performance environments (strategy consulting, business development in fast-growing startups, or analytical business roles). We need a mindset focused on ROI and market impact.

  • Strategic Thinker: You have a natural ability to bring structure to ambiguity. You see the "big picture" but understand that excellence is in the execution.

  • Data-Driven Growth Mindset: You don't just look at numbers; you use them to drive growth. You are comfortable building business cases and navigating a P&L to find opportunities.

  • Hands-on & Owner Mentality: You take full responsibility from Day 0. You move fast, you are proactive, and you don't wait for a manual-you write it.

  • Communication & Influence: You can communicate complex strategies simply and build trust with senior leadership and cross-functional teams alike.

  • Fluency in Spanish and English. International experience or additional languages (like Italian) are a strong plus.

  • Hunger for Impact: You want to be a key player in a mission-driven company that is changing education globally.
