We are looking for a Sales Associate for our BOSS Womenswear Shop-in-Shop at El Corte Inglés Preciados in Madrid.

36 hours per week.
Permanent contract.
Monday to Sunday, with one day off.
Proven experience working with premium and luxury brands, as well as a good knowledge of leading brands within the industry.
Strong customer focus and sensitivity to customer needs.
An active, passionate, empathetic and committed person who is aligned with the company's and BOSS values.
Advanced English level (C1).
Previous experience in Womenswear within premium retail.
Previous experience working at El Corte Inglés (ECI), in Shop-in-Shops or shopping centres.
Full availability and flexibility regarding working hours.

What you can expect

In your role as a Sales Associate, you are passionate about our products and brand to provide Customer Service Excellence at all times whilst building a loyal customer base of repeat shoppers to drive commercial success.

Deliver Customer Service Excellence whilst building a loyal customer base of repeat shoppers.
Responsible for CRM data gathering & quality management.
Contribute to achieve the location's performance targets and individual KPI's.
Support in transaction, complaint & return handling.
Participate in regular trainings to continuously develop.
Support in all operations for loss prevention and stock management.
Proficient utilization of business systems & latest technology.
Drive the use of all available tools and ensure procedures are executed and policies followed.

Your profile

Previous experience in retail, hospitality or customer service, along with an excellent understanding of the premium fashion industry.
Previous experience in Womenswear is required.
Previous experience working at El Corte Inglés (ECI) in a Shop-in-Shop environment is required.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills at all levels.Demonstrate strong commercial awareness and in-depth brand knowledge.
Ability to be flexible and adapt to the needs of the business.
Willingness to continuously learn and develop.High level of cultural awareness and sensitivity.
Proactive and positive attitude.Fluent level of English.
