EMEA Sales Center Lead

The Sales Center Lead manages the Barcelona Sales Center as a multi-country hub for HP-employed teams across EMEA, ensuring consistent enablement, workforce alignment, and operational effectiveness across country-owned teams operating within the site. The role will collaborate closely with the WW Sales Center Director & the Country Sales teams to manage the day to day Sales Center executions within the site in alignment with the commercial objectives.

• Establishes the operating framework for SC functions, defining expectations, workflows, and country-specific performance measures.
• Build a unified HP site culture across multiple country organizations
• Oversees the adoption and continuous improvement of SC operational standards, ensuring Sales Managers apply practices effectively.
• Align country leaders on priorities, capacity allocation, and operating cadence
• Drives operational governance to ensure clarity, accountability, and high-quality execution.

• Builds and maintains a robust enablement environment, ensuring teams have effective tools, learning programs, system support, and incentives.
• Standardize onboarding, training, certification, and tool adoption for HP teams
• Drive productivity improvement through best practice sharing across teams
• Consolidate KPI visibility and highlight performance gaps across teams
• Continuously evaluates enablement resources and collaborates with leadership to implement improvements that enhance sales productivity.
• Supports development of capability-building programs that strengthen sales readiness and operational excellence.

• Oversees SC site operations, including maintenance, operational readiness, equipment planning, and workplace standards.
• Coordinate hiring plans, headcount allocation, and ramp schedules with countries
• Leads SC expansion activities for the Barcelona site, such as capacity planning, facility improvements, and infrastructure scaling based on business needs.
• Ensures sites maintain an environment that supports productivity, employee experience, and safety.
