What you will do Monitoring and reporting of KPIs, ensuring projects remain on track and tasks are completed on time. Monitoring the implementation timelines of different innovation projects and managing deadlines with the respective teams. Monitoring and providing detailed status reports to the PIM (Project Implementation Manager) on final artworks and the article creation workflow (WF). Supporting the request, management, and follow-up of obsolete materials/products after promotional projects. Participating in project implementation meetings with different teams and reviewing meeting minutes. Updating HINT (project management tool) with the different tasks required for the launch of an innovation.
