• Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Electronics, or similar).
• Proven track record in the automotive sector.
• Previous experience as a Team Leader, Project Lead, or a similar role managing technical teams.
• High level of English (B2/C1).
• Geographical mobility (on-site position).

About the Role

We are looking for a Product Technical Leader/Technical Project Manager to lead and coordinate the technical development of R&D projects, ensuring the timely delivery of robust and standardized solutions within budget.

The role acts as a strategic technical interface between multidisciplinary teams and customers, driving technical excellence, optimizing resources, and ensuring successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure robust design aligned with cost targets and company standardization rules.
• Act as the R&D representative towards the customer.
• Organize and ensure the execution of critical design reviews (including Purchasing and Industrialization).
• Develop detailed schedules, define investment needs, and manage expenditures.
• Coordinate R&D contributors, ensuring alignment between project needs and departmental availability.
