What you'll do

• Own product surfaces end to end, from identifying opportunities to shipping polished experiences that people love.
• Design beautiful mobile experiences for iOS and Android, considering mobile interaction patterns, device ergonomics, touch targets, navigation, and the constraints of smaller screens.
• Build and ship prototypes, experiments, and production-ready experiences using AI tools like Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, and whatever comes next.
• Improve Fireflies every day by spotting friction, refining workflows, and fixing the small details that make the product feel exceptional.
• Collaborate closely with engineers and product managers to turn ideas into thoughtful, high quality product experiences.
• Talk to customers regularly, develop a deep understanding of how they work, and turn those insights into better product decisions.
• Raise the quality bar across interaction design, visual design, motion, copy, and overall product craft.

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of experience designing, building, and shipping mobile apps that customers love.
• Strong understanding of mobile design principles and ergonomics, with familiarity with Apple's Human Interface Guidelines and Google's Material Design.
• A portfolio that shows product thinking, interaction design, and visual craft.
• Curiosity to explore new ideas, challenge assumptions, and rethink how AI changes the way people interact with software.
• A product builder mindset with a desire to own experiences from concept to continuous improvement.
• Curiosity about AI and excitement for designing products that don't yet have established patterns.
• An eye for detail and a relentless drive to improve the product, even when no one asks.
