What You Will Do

Architect for Scale: Define and drive the long-term technical roadmap for Salesforce, prioritizing security, performance, and multi-year scalability.

Master the Lead-to-Cash Flow: Design and optimize complex integrations between Salesforce and external systems (NetSuite, Marketing Automation).

Own the Salesforce Integration Strategy: Act as the technical lead standing at the intersection of Saleforce and our other GTM applications, ensuring data integrity and real-time synchronization across the stack.

Establish Governance: Set the "gold standard" for our development lifecycle, including coding standards (Apex/LWC), branching strategies, and CI/CD pipelines.

Modernize & Triage: Proactively identify architectural technical debt and propose clear, actionable modernization strategies to keep our platform lean and performant.

Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with the Director of Business Systems and stakeholders across Finance and HR to ensure technical projects directly enable company-wide growth goals.
What You Will Bring

Deep Salesforce Expertise: 7+ years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem, with at least 3 years specifically in a Technical Architect or Solutions Architect capacity.

Technical Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and complex Salesforce security models.

Boomi Proficiency: Hands-on experience integrating critical applications to Salesforce using Boomi and pre-built connections

CPQ Specialization: A proven track record of architecting and implementing Salesforce CPQ within a SaaS or Fintech environment.

Credentials: Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) is a major plus, or a combination of multiple Designer certifications (Data Architecture, Integration Architecture, etc.).
