At DXC Spain we are looking for a Security Delivery Lead (Cybersecurity) to join our great team of Security.
Qué harás
- Lead the delivery and governance of managed security services across one or multiple customer accounts, ensuring compliance with contractual commitments, SLAs, KPIs and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate security delivery teams (security operations, vulnerability management, incident response and remediation) and drive service improvement and security maturity initiatives.
- Perform and oversee security risk assessments and mitigation plans, support governance forums and executive steering committees, and monitor security posture recommending improvement actions.
- Coordinate major security incidents and high-priority remediation activities, acting as the escalation point and ensuring lessons learned feed continuous improvement.
- Serve as the primary cybersecurity point of contact for customer leadership, building trusted relationships with CISOs and key stakeholders, and presenting executive reports, dashboards, risk assessments and service performance reviews.
- Identify opportunities to expand cybersecurity services within existing accounts, supporting proposals, contract renewals, RFP responses and account growth strategies in collaboration with sales, account and solution teams.
Qué buscan
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing cybersecurity services in enterprise environments.
- Fluent Spanish is mandatory (client-facing role with Spanish-speaking stakeholders). English is also required.
- Proven experience in: Security Incident Management, Security Remediation Programs, Risk Management, Security Governance, Vulnerability Management and Managed Security Services.
- Strong understanding of: Security Operations (SOC), Incident Response, Vulnerability Management, Risk & Compliance, Security Governance Frameworks, Cloud Security concepts, and security metrics and reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to engage with C-level executives, particularly CISOs, with strong stakeholder management and customer-facing skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation capabilities, and the ability to lead multidisciplinary and geographically distributed teams.

- Preferred certifications: CISSP, CISM, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer or Lead Auditor, ITIL Foundation or higher, Security+, CRISC or equivalent.
