At DXC Spain we are looking for a an Enterprise Solution Architect to join our team.

About the role:

The Multi Service Line Solution Architect (MSLA) is instrumental in aligning client requirements with the organization's services and provides technical expertise and support during the sales process, working closely with sales teams to develop and present tailored IT solutions to clients.

He/she will contribute to deal shaping activities by developing and presenting customized solutions to client, up to CxO level, validate solution fit and establishing how solutions effectively contribute to reaching client business case and objectives. The MSLA is responsible for solution development, competitive costing, commercial proposition integration and business case alignment of DXC solutions supporting client business, applications and/or information technology environments. Solution scope includes ongoing delivery of services, services startup and transition, resourcing plans, technology and process transformation as well as ongoing refresh, meeting client's specifications, strategic direction, technology context, and business needs. Confidently articulates all aspects of solutions and persuasively communicates value to the client. Works individually, in teams or as leader, to determine customer requirements in complex and often ambiguous outsourced environments. Interacts effectively with team, pursuit leaders, internal governance and business leadership to advance sales efforts.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Assist in the development and execution of the sales enablement strategy, focusing on alignment with customer objectives.
  • Manages a team of sales enablement professionals, offering guidance and support.
  • Participate in the selection and implementation of sales enablement technology solutions.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of sales enablement programs.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives to senior management.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Higher degree in a relevant engineering field or equivalent
  • Typically, 7+ years of relevant work experience in IT industry, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role
  • Proven experience in sales and sales enablement
  • Proficiency in sales methodology, strategy and technology
  • A continuous learner who stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology
  • High level of Spanish and English and Catalan.

Experience/Skills required:

  • Support Sales professionals in interactions with established relationships (key decision makers and influencers) to position DXC as sole provider or improve positioning when competitive
  • Validate the customer business needs against the proposed solution
  • Ensure competitive position is fed back to offering management, support definition of win themes
  • Understand client business goals and outcomes and aligns company solutions to client's end to end architectural framework
