This role is responsible for ensuring agreed service levels are consistently achieved while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, inventory accuracy, and operational performance.

The role works closely with Site Management, Operational Excellence, QESH, Inventory, Procurement, Facilities, and IT teams to ensure business continuity, resolve operational issues, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

This is a full-time, on-site position operating within a shift-based environment.

* Please submit your CV in English. Initial interviews will be conducted in English as part of the selection process due to the international nature of the role and the required level of English communication.

How You Will Contribute

  • Serve as the primary operational contact for customers, managing daily interactions, addressing escalations, and ensuring service expectations are consistently met or exceeded.
  • Lead and coordinate inbound and outbound warehouse operations, ensuring activities are completed safely, efficiently, and in line with customer requirements.
  • Oversee inventory-related processes including quarantine management, inventory adjustments, stock releases (clearing), material disposal (scrapping), stock consolidation, and inventory movements in collaboration with inventory teams.
  • Guide, support, and develop Team Leaders to ensure effective workforce planning, resource allocation, operational execution, and people management.
  • Monitor operational performance through key performance indicators (KPIs) related to safety, quality, service, productivity, and efficiency, implementing corrective actions when required.
  • Support Lean and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring standard work practices are maintained and operational improvements are sustained.
  • Ensure compliance with QESH requirements, customer expectations, legal regulations, and corporate standards, including safe systems of work, housekeeping, and 5S methodologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operational Excellence, QESH, Inventory, Procurement, Facilities, IT, and Site Management to maintain operational continuity and resolve issues effectively.
  • Maintain accurate operational reporting, effective shift handovers, and clear communication across all relevant stakeholders.
  • Identify operational risks, bottlenecks, and service issues proactively, implementing solutions that improve performance and customer satisfaction.

What You Will Bring

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience leading teams within a warehouse, logistics, distribution, or supply chain environment, preferably experience in Contract Logistics.
  • Strong knowledge of inbound operations, outbound operations, inventory management, and warehouse processes.
  • Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS); knowledge of SAP.
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
  • Understanding of Lean methodologies and continuous improvement principles, including 5S and Gemba practices.
  • Customer-focused approach with experience managing service levels and operational stakeholder relationships.
  • Ability to lead, develop, and motivate teams while driving safety, accountability, and operational performance.
  • English proficiency at B1 level or above, with the ability to participate in meetings, follow operational documentation, and communicate effectively across international teams.
