Architect with experience in the comprehensive development of projects, from the conceptual phase through execution and project completion, ensuring compliance with deadlines, costs, quality standards, and current regulations.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Gathering and analyzing client requirements.

Preparing preliminary and final drawings based on client requirements. Developing Look & Feel proposals and conceptual design.

Preparing and developing Technical, Basic, and Execution Projects, including all required documentation at each stage (drawings, reports, measurements, etc.). Preparing the documentation required to apply for construction and activity permits.

Monitoring and managing permits with the relevant authorities and coordinating with the client.

Managing and supervising construction works.

Ensuring project completion within the agreed timeframe, cost, and quality standards.

Ensuring that projects comply with general market quality standards and with C&W standards in particular.

Ensuring that projects comply with applicable regulations at all stages. Ensuring that projects are delivered in accordance with the timelines, costs, and quality standards agreed with the client.

Staying up to date with specific regulations applicable to each project. Updating and maintaining the catalog and materials library.

Monitoring new trends in materials and technical solutions applicable to projects.

Knowledge & Experience

Proven experience as an Architect of at least 5 years.

Experience in client management and relations.

Strong communication and public presentation skills, both in tender processes and in the development and presentation of technical proposals.

Degree: Licensed Architect (Master's level) or equivalent experience.

English: Advanced level.

AutoCAD. Revit. SketchUp. Photoshop. Presto. Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Proactivity, flexibility, learning ability, teamwork skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Knowledge of the Spanish Technical Building Code (CTE - Código Técnico de la Edificación).
