Lead the execution of site-level supply chain initiatives and new product introductions, ensuring alignment across stakeholders and delivering operational performance. This role focuses on driving end-to-end coordination, supporting transformation initiatives, and ensuring on-time, in-full delivery of innovation projects.

THE ROLE

OPTIMIZE, ENABLE, INNOVATE!

As our NPI & Planning Project Manager, you play a critical role in leading and coordinating the execution of new product initiatives within the site, acting as the key point of contact between central teams, third-party manufacturers, and local operations to ensure successful delivery and operational performance.

You will be reporting to Planning Senior Manager, and you will manage:

Project Execution & Stakeholder Coordination:

• Lead the execution of supply chain initiatives after project handover, ensuring delivery against quality, cost, and service targets (OTIF)
• Act as the main point of contact for innovation and strategic projects across the Planning Hub and external partners
• Organize and lead cross-functional meetings (kick-offs, execution follow-ups) with internal teams and Third-Party Manufacturers
• Align stakeholders on timelines, dependencies, and deliverables while proactively identifying and reporting risks
• Escalate issues when needed and ensure clear communication to leadership for decision-making

NPI & Operational Performance:

• Drive end-to-end execution of new product initiatives at site level, ensuring readiness across all supply chain functions
• Monitor project progress and track KPIs through local scorecards (service, cost, timing)
• Ensure adherence to planning and execution standards, securing consistency across initiatives
• Take ownership of operational outcomes during project execution, ensuring on-time and in-full delivery
• Analyze deviations and support post-mortem assessments to continuously improve performance

Continuous Improvement & Transformation Support:

• Drive problem-solving and action plans for supply chain issues throughout the project lifecycle
• Contribute to operational excellence through process optimization and standardization initiatives
• Support the implementation of tools and improvements that enhance efficiency and team effectiveness
• Promote a continuous improvement mindset, identifying opportunities to improve ways of working
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen overall supply chain performance

YOU ARE A COTY FIT

As a result-driven and collaborative supply chain professional, you thrive in a fast-paced, international environment. You are structured, proactive, and take ownership of your projects, with strong coordination and problem-solving skills.

• 3+ experience in Supply Chain and Project Management
• Exposure to NPI, product launches, or supply chain initiatives
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to manage complexity and prioritize effectively
• Proficiency in working with Power BI and SAP
• Skilled in working with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word or MS tools)
• Fluent English
