The candidate will be responsible for drafting and reviewing supplier agreements and other legal
documents in direct coordination with the Corporate and Spanish Procurement Area. The Candidate
will also be involved in legal advising, drafting and reviewing other kinds of Legal Contracts and
documents as required by "The Cellnex Foundation" and other areas of the company that fall within
the responsibilities of the Compliance, Data Protection & Legal Contracts area. Lastly, it must update
the information tools and databases on a regular basis.

Main Responsibilities

• Drafting, reviewing and monitoring different kinds of supplier agreements in direct
coordination with the Corporate and Spain Procurement areas.
• Providing support to the "The Cellnex Foundation" and the different areas of the company
with the drafting and reviewing of different kinds of legal documents and contracts.
• Providing legal reports on group litigation for external Audit purposes (bi-annual) and on
other topics as may be required by the organization.
• Anticipating legal concerns for the company areas to whom the services are provided.
• Coordination with the legal areas of the other jurisdictions in which the different Cellnex
group companies operate.
• Permanent updating of the databases and information and reporting tools of the Company
as required.
