About the role: 

Reporting to:HRBP & HR Lead

As a Talent Acquisition Partneryour will act as the strategic recruitment advisorof the agencies, leading the full hiring lifecycle across multiple disciplines and levels.You will act as a truly talent partner for our hiring managers and business leaders, taking care of the TA metrics, and delivering the best in class recruitment processes and candidate experiences. 

You will work closelywith the HRBP and other business leaders, contributing in several people engagement programs and initiatives.

You will contribute to employer branding, freelance management and external partnerships, playing a key role in shaping the agencies' talent landscape.

You will be part of the TA Omnicom Health team and will benefit from being part of a diverse and talented team around the globe and have the chance to work and collaborate on several international Omnicom projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a visible, trusted recruitment partner for the assigned advertising agencies.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for full-time, internship, and freelance positions, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
  • Design, drive, and implement talent initiatives such as referral programs, interview training, and Diversity & Inclusion projects.
  • Partner proactively with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and Finance to align recruitment efforts with business needs, providing expert guidance and escalating issues when necessary.
  • Own the TA metrics and each reporting and lead initiatives for improvement.
  • Support new hire administration and onboarding, ensuring smooth integration into the agency.
  • Deliver accurate recruitment reporting and data analysis to inform decision-making.
  • Identify, propose, and execute process improvements to optimize recruitment efficiency and new hire induction.
  • Contribute to and guide the external employer branding strategy, ensuring alignment with the agencies' values and positioning.
  • Lead relationships with universities, freelancers, and other external talent partners to build robust pipelines.

About you:

  • Degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of Talent Acquisition experience (preferably in creative agencies or healthcare environments)
  • Deep knowledge of talent attraction strategies, employer branding events, and talent communities at a local level (Spain); experience working with other markets is a plus.
  • Proactive and driven attitude.
  • Data-driven mindset; strong reporting skills.
  • Ability to improve and streamline recruitment processes.
  • Highly organized; able to manage multiple roles and partner with senior leadership.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient English and Spanish level (spoken and written)
  • Experience with ATS tools and sourcing platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
