Commercial Operations Relationship Specialist

Summary:

As Commercial Operations Relationship Specialist, you'll sit at the heart of collaboration between Customer Operations (CMO) and the commercial teams at Amadeus.

You'll act as a key regional connector for operational excellence and transformation initiatives - ensuring alignment, visibility, and momentum across teams. Your mission? Improve operational efficiency, strengthen cross-functional partnerships, and ultimately elevate the customer experience worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the regional bridge between Commercial teams and Customer Operations, ensuring clarity, alignment, and fast decision-making;

  • Build trusted relationships with Commercial stakeholders and enable a strong two-way feedback loop with Operations;

  • Design and evolve a clear collaboration framework that defines stakeholders, communication channels, and ways of working;

  • Translate operational performance, KPIs, and customer insights into concise, actionable messages for Commercial teams;

  • Create and maintain easy-to-use knowledge assets that improve efficiency and reduce recurring questions;

  • Support transversal projects, service deployments, and operational changes, ensuring smooth communication and adoption;

About the Ideal Candidate:

  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to operate effectively between Commercial teams and Customer Operations;

  • Proven capability to simplify complexity and translate operational data into clear, actionable messages;

  • Experience contributing to cross-functional, transversal, or transformation initiatives;

  • Comfort working with tools such as ServiceNow or MyAmadeus Services (strong advantage);

  • Solid understanding of change-management principles, including communication, readiness, and adoption support;

  • Hands-on experience creating practical knowledge and communication assets that drive efficiency and adoption;

  • Interest in customer experience topics and the ability to leverage CX insights (e.g. Medallia) to support commercial conversations;
