Mission
The role is responsible for managing projects and the continuous improvement and maintenance of business processes within the Procurement and Legal areas.
Tasks & Responsibilities
Reporting to the Service Delivery Area Leader for Corporate, the main responsibilities include:
- Maintain the relationship with the business, monitoring the service delivered by IT regarding projects, enhancements, and incidents. Propose improvements and work closely with business stakeholders on prioritization.
- Project management: estimation (costs, resources, timeline), follow-up, and risk management, following the department's quality plan methodology.
- Act as the point of contact with the BPO/Key User for the business process under responsibility, performing requirements analysis and solution implementation.
- Coordinate and monitor developments with programming teams.
- Perform preventive maintenance and identify improvement actions, as well as define the technological and functional evolution within the area of responsibility (systems roadmap).
- Prioritize demand in line with defined service levels and business area priorities.
- Ensure all necessary documentation for supported processes is up to date.
- Act as System Owner for the systems within the area of responsibility.
Experience
- Previous experience (3-5 years) in similar roles, ideally within IT Business Process Management, Procurement IT, or functional consulting environments.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams and interacting directly with business stakeholders.

1. Functional / Process Knowledge
Procure-to-Pay (P2P):
- Purchase requisitions (BANF), purchase orders, and approval workflows
- Goods and services receipt
- Integration with inventory and accounting
- Procurement contract management
Additional Functional Areas:
- Supplier Management
- Supply Chain integration
- Vendor / third‑party systems
2. Technical Knowledge
Experience with the following systems and tools:
- SAP Ariba Suite; Ariba Sourcing; Ariba Buying & Invoicing; Ariba SCC - Supply Chain Collaboration; SAP Ecosystem; SAP MM; S/4HANA: Project & Issue ; anagement Tools
- Jira
3. Languages
- Fluent English and Spanish, both spoken and written.
