We are looking for Data Scientists and AI Engineers who are passionate about the power of AI and who thrive at the intersection of business, analytics, and AI: someone who not only trains models but also deeply understands the business context in which they're applied. About this team - Agent Pillar

We develop the Super Agent - an agentic decision advisor that guides users from questions to decisions through natural dialogue. We also create vertical decision intelligence agents that synthesize insights across domains, helping F500 clients turn complex data into measurable business outcomes. This is all pulled together with the GenAI systems that surface insights and decision triggers to ensure users can respond to risks and opportunities immediately.

We're building production LLM systems at enterprise scale - which means tackling hard problems in evaluation, reliability, and latency while staying at the research frontier. Our challenges include grounding agents in structured business data, coordinating multi-agent workflows, and ensuring robust performance in high-stakes decision contexts. We pair strong engineering with applied research, contributing to the field through publications and establishing technical differentiation in a fast-moving space.

Core responsibilities (by seniority)

Junior Data Scientist - up to 2 years of experience

• Build and maintain AI-driven features (Agentic LLM systems, classical ML, recommender systems) for GenAI product features.

• Contribute to app features, improving models, pipelines and deliverables with guidance from mid/senior teammates.

• Communicate with your team: present results and findings, identify gaps and opportunities, and learn to explain the product and the AI behind.

Mid Data Scientist - 3+ years of experience

• Build and maintain AI-driven features (Agentic LLM systems, classical ML, recommender systems) for GenAI product features.
• Contribute to app features, improving models, pipelines and deliverables with guidance from mid/senior teammates.
• Communicate with your team: present results and findings, identify gaps and opportunities, and learn to explain the product and the AI behind.

• Own features of the app, constantly improving models, pipelines and monitoring to ensure robust performance in production.

• Communicate and align with internal and external stakeholders: present results, identify opportunities, and explain the AI behind business outcomes.

Senior/Lead Data Scientist - 4-6+ years of experience

• All of the above +

• Build and maintain features with strong ownership over quality and performance.

• Own key features and projects, designing and improving models, pipelines and experimentation frameworks.

• Communicate and align with stakeholders, identifying gaps and opportunities and turning business requirements into AI solutions.

• Provide technical and people leadership: set modelling standards, mentor teammates, and lead cross‑functional delivery with PMs, engineers and customers to drive measurable business impact.

Principal Data Scientist - 7+ years of experience

• All of the above +

• Lead, design and maintain AI-driven solutions across multiple workstreams to solve complex business challenges.

• Own delivery across several projects: shape the roadmap with PM/Eng, scope initiatives, manage dependencies and risks, and ensure timely, high‑quality releases.

• Communicate and align with senior internal and external stakeholders, identifying domain-wide opportunities and influencing strategy.

• Provide leadership for the Data Science team: mentor and manage, define modelling and evaluation standards, and drive impactful cross‑functional delivery.
