About the role
As a Data Steward, you'll own how product information moves from business teams to market - validating, enriching, and syndicating data through inRiver across every channel it touches. It's a cross-functional role with real breadth: resolving data gaps at the source, maintaining syndication templates, and keeping product data accurate and channel-ready. For someone who takes pride in data quality and wants visibility across the full product data lifecycle, this is for you.
What you will do
- Validate that mandatory product data across core systems is complete and accurate;
- Upload product data into the PIM system and resolve data gaps with stakeholders;
- Support business teams with product data usage issues;
- Clarify and communicate data requirements to stakeholders to ensure accuracy aligned with product launch timelines;
- Create, track, and report on product data and launch status;
- Reconfigure and maintain syndication templates in inRiver.
Must haves
- 3+ years of experience in data management principles and concepts;
- Understanding of data lifecycle;
- Ability to use multiple tools for data stewardship;
- Experience with inRiver or PIM tools (Salsify, Informatica, Akeneo);
- Experience with PIM syndication for retailers or marketplaces;
- Proficiency in Excel;
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
- Strong communication skills with business and technical stakeholders;
- Fluent written and spoken English.
