Data Steward

About the role

As a Data Steward, you'll own how product information moves from business teams to market - validating, enriching, and syndicating data through inRiver across every channel it touches. It's a cross-functional role with real breadth: resolving data gaps at the source, maintaining syndication templates, and keeping product data accurate and channel-ready. What you will do

• Validate that mandatory product data across core systems is complete and accurate;
• Upload product data into the PIM system and resolve data gaps with stakeholders;
• Support business teams with product data usage issues;
• Clarify and communicate data requirements to stakeholders to ensure accuracy aligned with product launch timelines;
• Create, track, and report on product data and launch status;
• Reconfigure and maintain syndication templates in inRiver.

Must haves

• 3+ years of experience in data management principles and concepts;
• Understanding of data lifecycle;
• Ability to use multiple tools for data stewardship;
• Experience with inRiver or PIM tools (Salsify, Informatica, Akeneo);
• Experience with PIM syndication for retailers or marketplaces;
• Proficiency in Excel;
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
• Strong communication skills with business and technical stakeholders;
• Fluent written and spoken English.
