Your scope

You'll join a small product org (PM, Design, Engineering) working with 3 cross-functional squads ("Designer Platform", "Operations", "Project Management"). PMs and Designers report to the CPO, and we work closely with construction teams as daily stakeholders.

• You will be the Senior Product Manager for Operations team.

• Your product is more than a tech tool, it is a true operating system that orchestrates the hundreds of real life actions needed on a worksite to make a 50 flats building become a reality in a few months.

• Your product helps teams contract suppliers, plan and track work on site, control costs, manage changes, and close projects. This scope is critical to margin protection and delivery reliability-it directly impacts how predictable our projects are and how we're perceived in the industry.

• Your mission: reduce volatility (cost + planning), improve execution efficiency, create a great experience for internal teams and suppliers, turn today's learnings into tommorow efficiency gains.

Requirements

What you´ll do

• Own strategy (quarterly to yearly), discovery, delivery, and iteration for your scope, driving measurable outcomes.

• Turn a set of operational modules into a coherent and integrated end-to-end experience that matches worksite needs and delight users.

• Spend time with end users (construction teams + stakeholders) and translate constraints into requirements teams can ship.

• Work as a trio with Design + Tech Lead across discovery, delivery, and iteration.

• Run competitive monitoring and turn insights into roadmap decisions; design foundations so the platform can be opened to third parties in a few years

• Raise the bar for the Product Management team through best practices, mentoring, and leading by example.

What you'll bring

• 5+ years as a Senior / Lead IC Product Manager in tech companies, best if shipping B2B workflow products in complex environments (field tools, ops, supply chain, ERP-like).

• You are at ease with data, complex workflows and you are very structured

• Strong stakeholder management: you can align tough stakeholders, handle ambiguity, and keep momentum.

• Proven collaboration with Design and Engineering in fast-paced environments.

• Practical AI usage for PM work: drafting sharp docs, accelerating discovery synthesis, exploring solution options through fast prototyping, and speeding up communication

• Spanish fluent (spoken + written). English working level.

Make it awesome

• Experience launching products used by field teams (adoption, change management, training, offline/low-connectivity constraints)

• Experience in Construction industry, or workflow heavy sectors.

• Management or mentoring experience of junior Product people
