We are looking for a skilled UI/UX Designer to play a crucial role in developing and enhancing our client's e-commerce platform.

• Redesign and improve customer-facing landing pages, including homepage and marketing pages

• Analyze existing pages and identify UX/UI improvements to enhance visual quality and usability

• Create high-quality, conversion-focused designs that drive user registration and engagement

• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and brand/design teams to ensure consistency and feasibility

• Create and lead the design process within engineering and product teams

• Collaborate with Design team and participate in design critique sessions

• Apply established/best UX practices and the design system

• Validate feedback from teams and users, and base decisions on it

Must have:

• Proven experience as a Senior UI/UX

• At least one case in the portfolio showcasing the design process and the added value delivered as a designer

• Solid understanding of UX principles, user behavior, and usability best practices

• Hands-on experience with design systems and component-based design

• Design accessible interfaces and apply EAA requirements

• Experience working in cross-functional teams

• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma (or similar)

• Ability to present and advocate for design decisions

• Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English, with the ability to communicate effectively in an international team

Nice to have:

• E-commerce experience

• Experience working within medium-sized design teams
