WHAT YOU DO

You are the driver who ensures our enterprise customers successfully adopt and leverage the full power of Microsoft 365, Copilot, and next-generation AI.

• Lead End-to-End Projects: Drive large-scale Microsoft 365 Copilot rollouts, feature deployments, and service transformations while managing scope, budget, and resources using Agile frameworks.

• Technology Design & AI Advisory: Translate complex business challenges into technical specifications and architectural decisions. Help clients identify use cases for AI agents and evaluate cloud service architectures regarding their "Copilot Readiness."

• Pre-Sales & Client Advisory: Act as the primary technical advisor during pre-sales (proposals, demos, workshops) and delivery, showcasing the value of standard Copilot features to global stakeholders and C-level executives.

• Backlog & Change Management: Manage and prioritize the technical backlog (global tenant administration, security, permissions) while executing rollout communication and change management strategies to maximize user adoption.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Cloud Native, Full Stack, and AI-driven experts to integrate custom AI agents (built with Copilot Studio and Power Automate) with complex enterprise systems.

• Microsoft & AI Ecosystem Expert: You bring years of proven M365 Administration experience managing enterprise tenants alongside with experience in project management and a track record leading enterprise-level projects. You have a deep, genuine interest in the evolution of generative AI tools.

• Hybrid Delivery Skillset: Strong command of project management methodologies combined with hands-on experience managing global tenant permissions, data governance, security best practices, and target cloud architectures.

• Consultative Communicator: Exceptional stakeholder management skills with a confident, empathetic consultant DNA. You can confidently pitch in pre-sales environments, run AI workshops, and translate complex technical concepts for any audience-from business departments to steering committees.

• Multilingual: Fluent in English (C1 level). German language skills (C1 level) are a highly valued asset for our European teams.
