About the team

The Office Manager will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations, supporting employees, and fostering a positive workplace culture. This role combines office administration, employee support, and health & safety responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Office Management

  • Regularly order and replenish office snacks, beverages, and refreshments

  • Ensure kitchen supplies are consistently stocked and available

  • Manage office-related requests via Jira tickets (e.g., meetup subscriptions, merchandise, team needs)

  • Source and organise Spanish and English language classes for employees

  • Arrange travel logistics (flights, hotels) for business trips and relocations

  • Oversee seat allocation and workspace optimisation to support team collaboration

  • Create and maintain office maps and seating plans

  • Coordinate gifts for employees on special occasions

  • Plan and execute office events (summer parties, Christmas dinners, catering for special occasions)

  • Prepare welcome packs for new employees and support onboarding activities

  • Actively contribute to building and promoting a positive company culture

Health & Safety

  • Coordinate mandatory training sessions for employees

  • Implement workplace safety policies, including WFH and remote work guideline

What makes you the perfect fit
  • 3 + years of experience in office management, administration, or a similar role.

  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.

  • Experience managing office supplies, events, and travel logistics.

  • Ability to work with internal systems (Jira) for ticket management.

  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the workplace.

  • Excellent communication and people skills to foster a positive office culture.

  • Previous experience in event planning or employee engagement initiatives.

  • Familiarity with workspace planning and office layouts.

Will be a plus

  • Experience in finance or trading domain

  • Familiarity with TradingView as a product
