What you will do

You will report to Manager of Engineering , partner with developers during the design/architecture phase to define test plans, acceptance criteria, and risk coverage early in the lifecycle (shift-left).
Design and implement automated tests for new features in Kubernetes, containers, and cloud security, expanding coverage beyond functionality to include performance, resiliency, longevity/soak, and scalability.
Develop automation frameworks in a CI/CD environment to ensure fast, safe releases.
Promote quality practices and process improvements to increase the reliability and security of our solutions.

What you will bring with you

Experience with software quality principles, automation strategies, and test strategies.
Coding skills in Python or Java (5+ years).
Experience with test frameworks such as Pytest, JUnit, TestNG.
Hands-on experience testing RESTful APIs.

What we look for

Show curiosity and Stay informed about relevant technology trends and developments new technologies.
A collaborative approach to working across teams.
Familiarity with Kubernetes, containers, or cloud platforms
Comfortable working in Linux/Unix environments, including shell scripting.
Experience with monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana)
