Spotify is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts in Türkiye, a strategic market for the region. This is a unique opportunity to shape the growth of Spotify in Türkiye, drive brand love, and create culturally relevant campaigns that resonate with local audiences.

As our Marketing Manager, Türkiye, you will develop and execute marketing strategies that grow awareness, engagement, and brand love. You'll need a deep understanding of Türkiye's media, digital, and cultural landscape and a passion for content (music and podcasts).

As part of the Consumer Marketing team, you will work in a fast-paced, collaborative, high-trust, high-accountability environment spanning brand, music and podcast campaigns.

This position is based in Türkiye and reports to the Head of Marketing, MENA + Türkiye.

Who You Are

    • You have at least 7+ years of marketing experience in Türkiye, in consumer brands, entertainment, tech, or digital platforms
    • Strong knowledge of Türkiye's cultural and media landscape-from music and entertainment trends to consumer behaviour
    • Experience in integrated marketing campaigns, including digital, social, influencer, and offline activations
    • Experience in partnership marketing, managing brand collaborations that drive impact
    • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse performance metrics and optimize marketing strategies with high bias for action
    • Needs to be fluent in Turkish
