Role Overview

We're seeking a high-performing Strategy & Operations Manager / Senior Manager to help us drive critical initiatives at the intersection of traditional finance and blockchain technology. We're ideally looking for someone who is sharp, hands-on, and can hit the ground running with minimal ramp time.

In this role, you'll report directly to the Chief Strategy Officer and cover a broad book of work across distribution, new initiatives, and cross-functional execution.  You'll work directly with company leadership on strategic projects that shape the direction of the business, improve operational efficiency, and accelerate growth in our regulated digital asset ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Distribution & Partnerships

  • Own a portfolio of B2B2C distribution relationships and drive them forward day-to-day
  • Manage active conversations with partners across DeFi protocols, market makers, and liquidity providers through to close
  • Build crisp proposals, pitch materials, and partner-facing collateral for issuers and distribution partners

New Initiatives

  • Lead onboarding and operational execution across new strategic initiatives
  • Coordinate with internal legal and external counsel to keep contracts, entity setup, and compliance workstreams on track
  • Own external vendor relationships end to end

Structural & Management

  • Monitor the competitive landscape across tokenized assets, DeFi, and digital securities to keep the team informed and positioned ahead of market shifts
  • Run pipeline and CRM reviews; own team reporting and keep it accurate and actionable
  • Track partnership and on chain metrics systematically and surface insights that drive decisions
  • Own documentation across briefs, due diligence workstreams, and legal liaising
  • Identify workflow inefficiencies across the Strategy and Partnerships team and build solutions, including automation where applicable

Qualifications

Must Have

  • 2-4 years in a business strategy, consulting, ops, or BD role; management consulting, VC/PE, banking, or start-up operations all work
  • Crypto-native or crypto CeFi experience; you need to actually know how this industry works
  • Strong analytical background, STEM preferred
  • Excellent project management and execution; you close loops, you don't drop them
  • Clear communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • AI-savvy; you're already using it to work better and faster
  • Able to thrive in a remote, async environment without hand-holding

Nice to Have

  • Good working knowledge of DeFi mechanisms and the ecosystem
  • Exposure to token lifecycle management, smart contracts, or digital securities platforms
  • Experience working with or within regulated financial institutions
  • Familiarity with U.S. securities regulations, broker-dealer compliance, or transfer agency operations
