We are looking for a Business Contoller to help us out to create an drive an active dilaogue with managers and other employees in financial understanding, performance and profitability.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Support the preparation of month-end reporting, annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting. Set up reporting structure per each business area and monitoring the business KPIs
• Support managers in financial matters. Proactive support to the managers in understanding of the financial figures and financial model
• Develop and monitor relevant actual and forecast variance analysis including project and event profitability on a timely basis
• Create and distribute the monthly reports, closing and reporting of Iberica
• Monitor financial performance. Responsible for business performance monitoring and control
• Assist the Management Team to optimize performance, revenues and margins, cost control and drive profitability
• Develop, or maintenance, of processes and internal controls. Monitoring policies, design steering models and establish standards
• Design and set up process improvements in his/her perimeter to secure efficiency and good coordination with branches
• Actively contribute to Team's performance and to the implementation of the new projects being rolled out in Iberica
• Improvement work according to the Scania Way (SRS). Understand and act according to the Scania way frame work

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or similar.
• 2-3 years of progressive experience in automotive the sector (industrial or retail)
• Fluency in Spanish. High level of English.
• Strong autonomy and analytical skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and objectives
• Analytical and business oriented professional
• Autonomous and self-motivated professional.
• Used to work on changing environments and under pressure.
• Strong desire for flow efficiency and improvement work.
• Capable of managing several projects at the same time, used to deliver in closed deadlines.

• Advanced excel. Practical experience with an ERP and Power BI is very desirable
