Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Interest in procurement, strategic sourcing, MRO purchasing, maintenance
services, or industrial supply chain management.
- Understanding of manufacturing environments, maintenance operations, and
industrial procurement practices.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical, financial, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and procurement tools.
- Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and
multiple manufacturing locations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience sourcing MRO materials, spare parts, industrial services, and
technical equipment.
- Experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, MRO purchasing, maintenance
services, or industrial supply chain management.
- Experience working in manufacturing environments, Industrial maintenance or
operations.
- Previous exposure to CapEx procurement, engineering projects, contractor
management, and project sourcing is considered a strong advantage.
Language Requirements
- Fluent English is required.

We are seeking a Procurement Professional MRO and Maintenance Services to
support the sourcing, procurement, and strategic management of Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO) materials, spare parts, technical equipment, and maintenance-related services across multiple manufacturing sites.

This role partners closely with Maintenance, Reliability, Engineering, and Operations teams to ensure continuity of plant operations, optimize supplier performance, reduce total cost of ownership, and deliver measurable productivity improvements. The successful candidate will combine strong procurement expertise with technical understanding of industrial environments to support both operational and strategic business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Support procurement activities for MRO materials, spare parts, technical
consumables, maintenance services, and industrial equipment.
- Assist in the execution of sourcing strategies to improve cost, quality, service,
supplier performance, and working capital.
- Support with competitive bidding processes (RFQs/RFPs), supplier evaluations,
and commercial negotiations.
- Identify and deliver year-over-year savings, productivity improvements, and cost
avoidance opportunities.
- Maintain strategic relationships with MRO distributors, OEMs, maintenance
service providers, and key suppliers.
- Collaborate with Maintenance, Reliability, Engineering, and Operations teams to
understand business requirements and support operational excellence initiatives.
- Support with commercial negotiations and to maximize value and mitigate supply
and operational risks.
- Analyze spend data, market trends, and supplier performance to identify
consolidation, standardization, and optimization opportunities.
- Support initiatives related to maintenance optimization, inventory reduction,
supplier rationalization, and supplier performance improvement.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, contractual obligations, and
company standards.
Contribute to regional and global procurement projects and support the
implementation of category strategies.
