Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in application management, functional management or a comparable role.
Experience with DMS, QMS, LMS or other regulated business-critical applications.
Experience with vendor management and project-based work.
Experience in the pharmaceutical sector is an advantage

-Own and manage the DMS, QMS and LMS application landscape throughout its lifecycle.
-Ensure application availability, performance, reliability and compliance.
-Coordinate and manage upgrades, releases, patches and system changes.
-Lead the resolution of complex incidents and perform root cause analyses and take preventive measures?.
-Manage relationships with external vendors and monitor service levels and performance.
-Act as the key liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams and suppliers.
-Translate business requirements into functional solutions and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
-Manage user access, permissions and security in accordance with company policies.
-Develop and maintain application documentation, procedures and training materials.
-Provide guidance and knowledge sharing to end users and colleagues.
