How you will shape Prophero:

• • Support the Product team in the discovery, definition, and delivery of new product features and improvements.

  • Collaborate closely with Engineers, Designers, and Product Managers to help translate business and user needs into clear product requirements.

  • Assist in writing and maintaining product documentation such as user stories, requirements, and product specs.

  • Participate in product discovery activities, including user research, feedback analysis, and data review, to identify pain points and opportunities.

  • Help prioritize initiatives by analyzing impact, effort, and alignment with business goals.

  • Support the monitoring of product performance by tracking metrics, outcomes, and user feedback after feature releases.

  • Contribute to continuous product improvement by bringing fresh ideas, curiosity, and a user-centric mindset.

What you will bring to our team:

• Experience & Background:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, Technology, Product, or a related field.

  • Strong interest in Product Management within a tech-driven environment.

  • Previous exposure to product, tech, UX, or agile methodologies (through internships, projects, or coursework) is a plus, but not required.

  General Skills:

  • Structured thinking with the ability to break down complex problems into clear, actionable requirements.

  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and align stakeholders.

  • Analytical mindset with interest in data, metrics, and user behavior.

  • Proactive, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced startup environment.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining attention to detail.

  • User-first mentality combined with a strong business and technical curiosity.

  Language:

  • Advanced English, as we are a globally distributed team and English is used for all internal communication.
