About the Role

This position is part of our Human Resources Department, which brings together teams from People & People Services, Talent, Organization, Compensation & Benefits, Culture, and Learning & Development. Together, they support every business area and help shape a workplace where people can grow, belong, and thrive.

In this team, you'll help build a culture that's not just creating batteries - but shaping the future of work.

In your day-to-day, you will:

  • Digitalize daily reports and explore tools that enable data analysis.
  • Support with CV screening and candidate screenings.
  • Coordinate interview time.
  • Assist in preparing and checking contracts.
  • Coordinate participation in recruitment events.
  • Provide organizational support for the Welcome Day.
  • Support in the creation of merchandising designs and coordination with suppliers for production and delivery.
  • Support with presentations and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
  • You must be currently enrolled at UPV or UV, as we will sign a convenio with your university.
  • Currenly pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Economics or lelated field.
  • Must be able to work in Sagunto (ownership of a personal vehicle).
  • A long-term intern available from September for 6 to 9 months.
  • Availability of 20-30 hours per week.
  • Gross compensation: €6 per hour.
  • Fixed monthly payment, based on a pre-agreed schedule.
What you bring to the Team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (minimum B2).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Please submit your CV in English.
