Care Provider - Clinical Psychologist, Psychotherapist, Counselor

MindFi is hiring licensed remote counselors and psychotherapists to provide online therapy and mental health support to clients across the Asia-Pacific and European regions. This is a freelance, fully remote role that lets you deliver care on your own schedule while being part of a mission-driven platform.

What You'll Do

• Provide virtual counseling, psychotherapy, or coaching sessions

• Facilitate support groups and wellness Masterclasses

• Use MindFi's secure digital platform to connect with diverse clients

• Work with a flexible caseload based on your availability

What You'll Need

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field

• Active registration/membership with relevant professional licensing bodies (if applicable in country of practice)

• Minimum 3 years of counseling or psychotherapy experience, preferably including online therapy

• Strong communication skills and a passion for helping others

• Experience in working with EAP clients is preferred but not required
