As part of the People team, you will focus on the Labor and HR Administrative area while maintaining a close relationship with the Talent and Development team.

Your Challenge

You will play a key role in the execution of all labor and HR administrative tasks across the two legal entities, LK Style (Santurtzi warehouse) and LK Tech (offices). Responsibilities include:

  • Employee Lifecycle Operations: Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, role changes, leaves, and absences for both entities.

  • HR Administration & Data Management: Maintain accurate employee records, update HR systems, and ensure operational efficiency.

  • Employee Support: Act as primary HR point of contact for employees and managers, answering queries and providing guidance on policies, contracts, and labor regulations.

  • Payroll & Social Security: Execute payroll cycles, manage social security reporting, settlements, and accident/incapacity reporting.

  • Works Committee: Relationship and cooperation with the Works Committee

  • Compliance & Training: Ensure adherence to local labor laws and internal HR policies; monitor mandatory training and documentation.

  • Process Improvement: Identify workflow efficiencies and support automation initiatives to optimize HR operations.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Finance, IT, and Works Committee on HR and Labor matters.

What Will Make You Succeed

  • Degree in Law, Labour Relations, Administration, HR, or similar.

  • Familiar with Spanish labor law, HR compliance, and payroll-related processes.

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in payroll and social security management.

  • Advanced English (spoken and written) is a plus.

  • Experience with FOKE payroll software is a plus.

  • Own car for commuting to Santurtzi.
