- French: A very good asset. Highly valued for building trust and managing relationships with Maison headquarters and business owners in French-speaking regions.
Profile & Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or Engineering.
- 12 to 15 years of progressive experience in IT Project Management, with a focus on large-scale SAP transformations.
- Previous experience in the luxury, fashion, or high-end retail sector is strongly preferred.
- A methodology-driven professional with a proven track record of delivering excellence in high-pressure environments.

Main Purpose
As a Senior Project Manager for Strategic SAP Initiatives, you will be responsible for orchestrating large-scale, high-visibility ERP projects that underpin the global operations of luxury Maisons. Your role is to ensure that complex technical transformations are delivered with surgical precision, minimizing operational risk while maximizing business value. You act as a senior architect of change, ensuring that the groups digital core remains robust, scalable, and perfectly aligned with the prestige of our brand portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Large-Scale Orchestration: Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of multi-million euro SAP projects, ensuring alignment between global business strategy and technical delivery.
- Strategic Risk Mitigation: Develop and execute comprehensive risk management frameworks to safeguard business continuity across global boutiques, supply chains, and financial operations during transition periods.
- Executive Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for project governance, providing transparent, high-level reporting to the Steering Committee and Maison executives.
- Resource & Vendor Management: Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams across different geographical hubs, including internal experts and external strategic partners, to ensure milestone adherence.
- Quality & Compliance: Ensure that all SAP initiatives meet the stringent quality standards, security protocols, and regulatory compliance requirements of a global luxury group.
