Technical Skills
- SaaS Proficiency: Deep understanding of SaaS-based procurement solutions, with a specific focus on SAP Ariba Buying and Ariba Guided Buying.
- Project Methodology: Mastery of project management frameworks (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid) and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Testing Oversight: Proven ability to manage complex User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Key User testing cycles in a multi-Maison environment.
- Functional Integration: Knowledge of how procurement SaaS modules integrate with backend ERP systems (e.g., SAP S/4HANA) for financial posting and reporting.
Standard Soft Skills
- Multicultural Communication: Clear and professional interaction across diverse teams and time zones; ability to lead meetings in a multicultural, global environment.
- High Autonomy: A self-motivated leader capable of driving complex project milestones independently while maintaining alignment with Group goals.
- Conflict Resolution: Expert stakeholder diplomacy; able to navigate and resolve conflicting priorities between different Maisons and technical constraints during the testing and rollout phases.
Language Requirements
- English: Mandatory. Full professional proficiency is required for all project documentation, stakeholder reporting, and global coordination.
- French: A very good asset. Highly valued for direct interaction with Maison stakeholders and French-speaking procurement teams.
Profile & Qualifications
- University degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or Supply Chain/Procurement.
- 8–12 years of professional experience in Project Management, with a successful track record in SaaS deployments.
- Experience in the luxury or retail sector is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to evaluate cross-domain impacts (Procurement, Finance, and Legal).

At Izertis, we are currently looking for a Senior Project Manager - Procurement Saas Implementation to join one of our clients operating within the luxury retail industry.
Main Purpose
As a Project Manager for the Procurement stream, you will lead the digital transformation of non-stock purchasing processes across luxury Maisons. Your role is to bridge the gap between global procurement strategies and technical execution, specifically focusing on the rollout and optimization of SaaS-based purchasing solutions. You will ensure that the toolset empowers our employees while maintaining the high standards of operational excellence expected within a global luxury group.
Key Responsibilities
- SaaS Implementation Leadership: Manage the end-to-end implementation lifecycle of Ariba Buying and Guided Buying solutions, focusing on Non-Stock Purchase Order (PO) workflows.
- Test Orchestration: Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams (Business, IT, and external partners) during Key User (KU) test sessions, ensuring all business scenarios are validated against luxury group standards.
- Global Rollout Management: Oversee the project roadmap from initial scoping and design through to deployment and hypercare across various geographical regions.
- Process Harmonization: Work with global procurement leads to harmonize purchasing processes, ensuring the SaaS solution is configured to support both local needs and global compliance.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for project updates, managing expectations across Maison leadership and Group Technology hubs.
