Industrial Development Engineer (F/M/X):

In line with our growth plan at our Ajalvir plant, we want to incorporate an engineer to collaborate in industrial development projects. The person who joins will assume the following responsibilities.

• Define and ensure compliance with the standards of the Industrial Capacity Development process.
• Execute the industrial plans in the Group complying with deadlines and costs.
• Support in Industrial Automation & Standardization activities
• Management of the Group's Industrial Budget: Ensure budget compliance.
• Prioritization of activities with a transversal vision, identification of optimization opportunities between Operational Units.
• Design, deploy and improve the Lean Manufacturing model of Production Management.
• Facilitate internal and external benchmarking.

What profile are we looking for:

Education Required: Industrial Engineer (or similar)

Experience: Demonstrable in industrial development projects in the aeronautical industry, with knowledge of automation and Lean methodologies.

Languages: High English.
