This role safeguards documentation integrity, customs compliance, and operational precision across domestic, international, and inter-site movements - directly contributing to ICEYE's speed, reliability, and supply chain excellence.

Requirements

Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

Customs Compliance control, with focus in European Union processes

• Practical experience with EU customs regulations and import/export procedures (tullaus).
• Familiarity with customs clearance procedures such as Inward Processing, Transit (Internal/External - T1, T2, TIR), Storage, etc
• Ability to identify risks related to international shipments and proactively resolve issues.
• This role requires professional-level Finnish language skills.

Inbound & Outbound Operations Ownership

• Establish ownership of inbound and outbound logistics processes, ensuring accurate documentation, compliant execution, and minimal shipment delays.
• Ensure compliant execution of domestic and international shipments, minimizing disruptions, penalties, and transport risks.
• Collaborate closely with Stock Management, R&D and other internal business units to maintain accurate inventory records and ensure reliable material availability for production.
• Proactively identify and resolve documentation mismatches and receiving/shipping deviations before they impact operations.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance process standardization, reliability, cost-efficiency, and operational scalability.

Transportation & Freight Execution

• Experience managing domestic and international transport modes (road, air, sea).
• Familiarity with Incoterms and transportation planning principles.
• Knowledge of IATA DGR and IMDG requirements (certification considered an advantage).

Inter-Site Logistics & Operational Coordination

• Ability to manage material movements between ICEYE sites in Espoo and other subsidiaries, supporting efficient inter-site and intercompany logistics operations.
• Ensure full traceability and visibility of material flows.
