What you'll do

Social Media Management

• You'll run the show on LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube day-to-day. Schedule posts, engage with our community, and keep our brand sharp and consistent.
• You'll turn long-form content into snappy platform-specific posts, brief our Senior Brand Designer, and keep your finger on the pulse of what's trending.

AI Search & Content Orchestration

• Work with our strategic contractor to create data-driven briefs for our Content Writer.
• Review drafts to ensure they hit Semrush keyword targets and work well for AI search i.e. direct answers, structured data, and clear language.
• You'll own the publishing pipeline for our blog and glossary, building polished copy into high-converting pages using Framer.
• Track how our content performs in ChatGPT and Google using Semrush's AI Visibility Toolkit.

Website Management

• Handle updates and new pages in Framer.
• Turn strategic briefs into live, high-performing web pages.

Reporting & Analytics

• Track weekly and monthly results across social, web traffic, and search rankings. Give us the insights that drive decisions.

Who you are

• You're comfortable with no-code tools like Framer, you don't need to be a developer, just tech-curious. 
• You're fascinated by how AI is changing marketing and keen to experiment with getting brands featured in AI-generated answers.
• You've got a sharp eye for social trends and can write clean, engaging copy with help from our internal LLM, Sophie.
• You enjoy digging into data to understand the "why" behind performance. 
• Our Content Writer will rely on you to provide the data they need to create content that ranks and gets cited by AI.
• You're currently studying Marketing, Communications, Business, or Tech, and you're a natural coordinator. 
• Comfortable with hybrid working (3-days in office)
