Customer Service Agent with Spanish & English

Foundever is expanding and we are looking for Customer Service Agents to join an exciting automotive project, based at our Madrid offices.

Your main responsibilities

• Provide multi-channel customer support.
• Handle customer inquiries, requests, and incidents efficiently.
• Deliver an excellent customer experience in line with brand standards.

What we offer

• Permanent contract.
• Full-time position (39 hours per week).
• Rotating schedule from Monday to Friday, between 7:50 a.m. and 8:00 p.m.
• Gross annual salary: €23,600 (language bonus included).
• Additional bonus of up to €400 gross per month for availability outside regular working hours during weekends.
• Paid initial training lasting 3 weeks, from Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
• Training start date: 21/09/2026.
• A stable role within a global, people-centered company.

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service.
• Native or bilingual (C2) Spanish.
• Advanced level of English (minimum C1).
• Portuguese language skills are a plus.
• Customer-oriented mindset and good digital skills.

Work location

• On-site position at our Madrid offices: Paseo Imperial 14, 28005 Madrid.

• 21/09/2026.
