CSOC (Cyber Security Operations Center) - Cybersecurity

We specialize in delivering innovative technology solutions that drive real business impact. We are currently supporting a Cyber Security Operations Center (CSOC) transformation program for a global enterprise client.

What You'll Do

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager - CSOC to lead large-scale cybersecurity transformation initiatives in a complex international environment.

Your main focus will be on project delivery, stakeholder management, and governance coordination across multiple cybersecurity workstreams.

Key responsibilities include:

• Lead large-scale cybersecurity projects, such as SOAR migrations and similar transformation initiatives.

• Own and manage end-to-end project roadmap, milestones, and delivery tracking.

• Drive stakeholder management across technical, business, and vendor teams.

• Facilitate enterprise governance processes such as RFPs, ARM, and other structured frameworks.

• Ensure alignment between CSOC teams, internal stakeholders, and external partners.

• Monitor risks, dependencies, and ensure timely escalation and resolution.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as Senior Project Manager in large-scale cybersecurity environments.

• Strong background in complex transformation projects (SOAR migration or similar).

• Solid experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination.

• Ability to manage roadmaps, milestones, and enterprise-level delivery structures.

• Experience working in structured governance environments (RFP, ARM, etc.).

Soft Skills

• Strong ownership and accountability mindset.

• Highly proactive and delivery-oriented profile.

• Strong communication and influencing skills.

• Comfortable working in complex, international environments.

• Curiosity towards new technologies (e.g. GenAI, automation, AI-driven security) is a plus.

Location & Working Model

• Based in Spain, preferably near Barcelona.

• Onshore presence preferred to ensure alignment with CSOC teams and stakeholders.

• Remote flexibility depending on project needs.
