Job Description

Are you passionate about leaving the best possible first impression with prospects and pitching innovative software solutions to potential new customers? Let's see if you are our new junior sales representative (f/m/d).

You'll connect with the role if you enjoy...

proactively reaching out to new potential customers and pre-qualifying leads to ensure ecosio's offering fits with the prospect's needs
researching for important contact details, finding potential customers, generating initial touchpoints through social media, webinars, phone calls, email etc.
traveling on a 30-40% of your time (to events, fairs, company events etc)
coming up with new lead generation ideas and implementing them in cooperation with your team lead and your team
tracking all data in Salesforce on a regular basis, ensuring to follow up on your prospects accurately and building the necessary relationship

Qualifications

To connect with ecosio it is important to have...

6 months of experience in cold calling and strategic outreach is preferred, but if you have strong motivation and the right attitude, we would still love to hear from you
self initiative to exceed KPIs including outreach volume, meetings booked, and qualified opportunities
German (C2) and English fluent is a must. Additional languages such as Italian, French or Spanish are an advantage
comfortable navigating through changes in the company
the power of persuasion and the talent to quickly win over your counterpart
enthusiasm for technical topics
strong communication and organizational skills
