Lawyer with 3/4 Years of Experience in the Finance Area

At Cuatrecasas, we are looking for a Lawyer with 3 to 4 years of experience in the Finance practice, specializing in all types of financing transactions, including corporate and acquisition finance, structured and project finance, real estate finance, as well as the design of financing and debt refinancing structures, to join our team in Madrid or Barcelona.
The preferred location is Madrid or Barcelona. However, given the national structure of the practice as a single team, there is flexibility to work from any of the Firm's offices in Spain if this is more convenient for the candidate.
Previous experience in a law firm with similar characteristics to ours, or extensive knowledge of the market in this area of practice, will be highly valued.
The successful candidate will become an active member of the team and will collaborate on a wide range of advisory matters in this area. Responsibilities will include, among others, leading or participating in matters in accordance with the strategy defined by partners and senior associates, including in-depth legal analysis, client interaction, representation, drafting of reports and technical documentation, and active collaboration with more senior lawyers.

REQUIREMENTS

• Strong academic record.
• 3 to 4 years of experience as a lawyer in this area of specialization.
• Excellent level of English.
• Dynamic profile with a long-term vision, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
