Lawyer with 2–3 Years of Experience in the Corporate Area

At Cuatrecasas, we are looking for a Lawyer with 2 to 3 years of experience in Corporate and Commercial Law who is keen to join our Vigo office and develop their professional career while working on high-profile matters and advising top-tier clients.
The successful candidate will support and participate in corporate and commercial advisory matters for both national and international companies. They will also be involved in corporate restructuring transactions and M&A processes, including due diligence exercises, merger transactions, and other corporate operations.

REQUIREMENTS

• 2 to 3 years of experience in Corporate and Commercial Law, particularly in corporate matters, with a strong interest in and commitment to the legal profession.
• Strong academic background.
• Advanced level of English (C1/C2).
