The Solution Architect will be a key figure in bridging the gap between cutting-edge technical solutions and business needs. This role requires a unique blend of deep technical expertise and strong client-facing skills. You will lead the design of scalable architectures, guide development teams, and actively participate in client discussions - from understanding requirements and shaping solutions to negotiating and advising on strategic decisions. Your mission will be to ensure our clients achieve optimal results by aligning technology with business goals, while representing Coderio's high standards of quality and innovation.

Lead the design and implementation of robust, scalable, and secure architectures across cloud and hybrid environments.

Act as a trusted advisor for clients, understanding their needs and translating them into effective technical solutions.

Support pre-sales activities: present technical proposals, participate in RFPs, and assist in negotiations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between architecture, development, and delivery.

Ensure solutions comply with industry best practices, security standards, and performance requirements.

Mentor and guide engineering teams, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.

Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend their adoption to enhance client solutions.

Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnership growth.

8+ years of experience in software development, architecture, or technical leadership roles.

Proven track record in designing and delivering large-scale solutions in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Strong background in microservices, APIs, and modern application frameworks.

Hands-on expertise in technologies such as .NET, Java, Node.js, React, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.

Experience in client-facing roles, with strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to understand and address both technical and business challenges.

Native or near-native English proficiency (spoken and written).

Excellent problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a proactive mindset.

Experience in financial services, fintech, or high-security environments.

Knowledge of data governance, AI/ML, or emerging cloud-native solutions.

Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Pulumi) and DevOps practices.
