Team/Role Overview

The Transaction Management (TM) team plays a critical role in supporting multiple aspects of the lending lifecycle. This includes, but is not limited to, loan closing and servicing coordination, collateral management, facilitating client onboarding, comprehensive data management, and stringent quality control. The team is ultimately accountable for the operational oversight of the closing and servicing of all loan transactions within its supported business divisions, ensuring strict adherence to both internal policies and external regulatory requirements.

The Junior Transaction Manager will provide essential support to the Transaction Management team, focusing on the accurate and efficient handling of documentation, collateral-related activities, data entry, and quality control across the lending lifecycle, specifically for transactions within the Czech and Slovak market. This entry-level role is an excellent opportunity to learn about transaction management processes and contribute to operational excellence.

What you'll do

• Documentation and Collateral Support: Assist in the preparation, review, and management of loan documentation and collateral-related activities, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Data Management: Support data entry, maintenance, and verification efforts for loan transactions and client information, ensuring data integrity across various systems.
• Quality Control Assistance: Perform initial quality control checks on documentation, data, and processes to ensure strict adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Operational Support: Aid in the coordination of loan closing and servicing activities, following established procedures and guidelines.
• Process Adherence: Diligently follow existing processes, standards, and procedures for transaction management within the Czech and Slovak market.
• Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure smooth workflow and effective support for various aspects of the lending lifecycle.
• Learning and Development: Proactively seek to understand loan products, business processes, and related systems to build foundational knowledge.

What we'll need from you

• Bachelor's/University degree preferred.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy.
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English and Czech/Slovak
• Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office , particularly Excel.
