Your Mission
As an Audio & Hi-Fi Expert, you ensure that lot submissions meet Catawiki's quality standards and appeal to the right audience. By applying your market knowledge and industry network, you help create transparent and fair transactions while presenting high-quality listings that attract buyers.
Your expertise in contemporary and vintage audio equipment enables you to assess value accurately, guide sellers professionally, and maintain trust in the marketplace.
What You'll Do
- Screen lot submissions to ensure quality, accuracy, and relevance for the Audio & Hi-Fi category
- Create clear and attractive lot listings that engage buyers and reflect market demand
- Assess lot titles, descriptions, and images to determine authenticity and estimated value
- Provide sellers with fair and well-supported value estimates based on market knowledge
- Reject non-compliant submissions in a professional and courteous manner
- Apply expertise in Audio & Hi-Fi components, including Bang and Olufsen systems, tube radios, and gramophones
What You'll Bring
- Deep knowledge of contemporary, modern, and vintage electronics, including integrated and discrete technologies
- Strong understanding of the vintage audio market and current audio trends
- Active involvement in the audio community
- Commercial mindset, with experience trading and visiting fairs or industry events
- Knowledge of Bang and Olufsen systems, tube radios, and gramophones
- Solid understanding of popular music genres, preferably supported by basic music theory knowledge
- Proficiency in Business English

This is a 100% remote role based in The Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, or Portugal.

Our Offices and Way of Working
Our vibrant offices in Amsterdam, Paris and Lisbon are designed to inspire collaboration. Most Catawikians operate in a hybrid setup, combining office-based and remote work, with a minimum of two days per week in the office, unless a role is explicitly stated as fully remote or fully office-based.
