Que cosas aprenderás a hacer y en que colaborarás:

• Implementación del Annual Brand Plan:
• Colaboración en el desarrollo y elaboración de materiales promocionales: revisión de maquetas y textos,
• seguimiento y realización proceso de aprobación interna de materiales promocionales.
• Participación y ayuda en actividades y proyectos: contacto con agencias, organización de reuniones,
• seguimiento y gestión de la logística.
• Monitorización de la implantación de la estrategia digital/ multichannel.

Soporte estructura interna:

• Colaboración con la Red de Ventas: Atención solicitudes de material, envíos material promocional de ciclo,
• ayuda al desarrollo de planes locales, comunicaciones y uso de materiales digitales.
• Participación en las reuniones de ciclo: participantes, invitaciones, agenda, logística, soporte sesiones
• innovadoras
• Apoyo en la organización y desarrollo de las reuniones del equipo de producto.

Tu Desarrollo será:

0-3 meses:
- Conocer la empresa, la organización, el área terapéutica y los productos
- Procesos burocráticos y administrativos (materiales, eventos, proyectos, congresos y reuniones)
- Procedimientos operativos internos y directivas que se aplican al departamento.
- Revisar y entender el plan anual del producto o área terapéutica
- Formación en línea sobre el producto

3-6 meses:
- Ser capaz de preparar materiales por ti mismo
- Asistir a las reuniones internas, así como a las reuniones con los proveedores
- Alta comprensión de las partes interesadas y de las interacciones entre departamentos
- Obtener una visión global de la empresa y de las actividades de la BU/departamento: entender el porqué de las cosas

6-12 meses:
- Participar y colaborar en el desarrollo del plan anual del producto
- Salida con personal de campo
- Papel activo en la reunión del ciclo (presentación de proyectos)
- Ser capaz de liderar algún pequeño proyecto

¿Qué habrás aprendido tras esta beca?

Una vez completado el periodo de prácticas, habrás conseguido una importante experiencia y conocimiento de las diferentes actividades que se llevan a cabo en el área, y así mismo, podrás desarrollar una visión global de la compañía y de la industria gracias a la oportunidad de interaccionar diariamente con otros departamentos y funciones dentro de la organización.

¿Qué perfil buscamos?
• Grado Universitario preferiblemente de Ciencias de la Salud (Farmacia, Medicina, Biología, Biotecnología, etc.) o Marketing/Management
• Estar cursando un Master especializado en Industria Farmacéutica
• Nivel fluido de portugués (preferencialmente), inglés y español
• Fluencia en la utilización de herramientas Office 365 (Powerpoint, Excel, Copilot, etc) y uso de IA

On-site Protocol

BMS has an occupancy structure that determines where an employee is required to conduct their work. This structure includes site-essential, site-by-design, field-based and remote-by-design jobs. The occupancy type that you are assigned is determined by the nature and responsibilities of your role:

Site-essential roles require 100% of shifts onsite at your assigned facility. Site-by-design roles may be eligible for a hybrid work model with at least 50% onsite at your assigned facility. For these roles, onsite presence is considered an essential job function and is critical to collaboration, innovation, productivity, and a positive Company culture.
