Bofill Taller de Arquitectura is looking for BIM Managers and BIM Coordinators with an architectural background to join our team at La Fàbrica, Sant Just Desvern (Barcelona).

We are particularly interested in Architects with experience in architecture practices and large-scale international projects, combining strong BIM knowledge with a solid understanding of architectural design and project development.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate BIM workflows across large-scale architectural projects.

• Coordinate architecture with structure, MEP, façades, interiors, landscape and specialist consultants.

• Manage federated models, clash detection and model quality control.

• Establish BIM standards, templates, BEPs and project workflows.

• Manage collaborative environments using ACC, BIM 360 and CDE platforms.

• Support architectural teams throughout design development and project delivery.

• Coordinate BIM deliverables with clients and external consultants.

• Improve BIM methodologies, workflows and internal standards.

Profile

• Architectural background strongly preferred.

• Experience in architecture practices or multidisciplinary design studios.

• Experience as BIM Manager, BIM Coordinator, Senior BIM Architect or similar.

• Proven experience in large-scale and complex projects.

• Advanced knowledge of Revit.

• Experience with ACC, BIM 360 and Navisworks.

• Experience coordinating architecture, MEP, structure and façades.

• Knowledge of ISO 19650 and BIM collaborative workflows is valued.

• Dynamo, Rhino.Inside.Revit, automation and Revit extensions are valued.

• Strong coordination, organization and communication skills.

• Experience with international multidisciplinary teams is valued.

• High level of English.
