About the position

You will be at the nerve center of a fast-scaling AI company, sitting in on daily CEO briefings, orchestrating high-stakes meetings, and helping build the CEO Office from scratch. If you thrive in environments where speed, precision, and discretion are non-negotiable, and you want a front-row seat to one of Europe's most exciting AI scale-ups, this is your role.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the CEO's calendar, travel, and daily rhythm end-to-end. Nothing slips

• Plan and execute trips, executive dinners, and high-profile events with zero loose ends

• Sit in on the daily CEO briefing. Track decisions, chase follow-ups, close loops

• Support the Chief of Staff on events, board prep, and cross-functional projects

• Help build the CEO Office as a function. You are not filling a seat. You are defining it

Requirements

• Experience as Executive / Personal Assistant at a consulting firm, law firm, or publicly traded company

• Fluent in English and German (one at native level)

• Comfortable with GenAI tools and modern productivity software

• Proactive and resourceful. You solve problems before anyone notices them

• Bonus: Startup or tech experience
