What will you do?

Objetivo del Puesto: Brindar una oportunidad a estudiantes universitarios o recién graduados de obtener experiencia práctica en su campo de estudio y desarrollar habilidades profesionales en un entorno laboral real.

La persona seleccionada, dará soporte en la preparación, calidad y explotación del dato de RRHH. El rol tiene un fuerte componente formativo, con exposición real a reporting estratégico, entornos analíticos complejos y datos internacionales.

Las funciones principales están orientadas a dar:

• Apoyo en análisis y reporting de datos de RRHH, colaborando en la preparación de informes y dashboards corporativos.
• Soporte en la calidad y preparación del dato, ayudando a detectar inconsistencias y a reconciliar información entre distintas fuentes.
• Participación en proyectos de mejora y automatización, contribuyendo a reducir tareas manuales y a optimizar procesos analíticos.
• Colaboración con equipos de RRHH y Data, apoyando la explotación del dato para la toma de decisiones.

What are we looking for?

La persona seleccionada, deberá cumplir los siguientes requisitos:

• Ser estudiante universitario actualmente, cursando Grado/ Máster o similar sobre analítica de datos, matemáticas o ingeniería.
• Alta capacidad analítica y curiosidad por el dato
• Ser proactivo y tener una actitud positiva hacia el aprendizaje y el crecimiento profesional.
• Tener habilidades informáticas básicas, incluyendo el uso de Microsoft Office (especialmente excel).
