Marine Carpenter

**Requirements, skills and experience**

We’re looking for someone with practical woodworking or carpentry experience and a genuine interest in developing their skills in marine carpentry. You should be confident using hand and power tools, able to measure and work accurately, and take care with preparation, finish and keeping your work area tidy. Reliability, a positive attitude, good communication and the ability to work well as part of a small team are essential. Marine carpentry or boatyard experience is an advantage, but we’re also open to candidates with solid general carpentry skills who are keen to learn.
